I don’t know about you but this year seems to be going by faster than most years. As they say, the days are long and the years are short. Summer is almost here just like that. With the weather warming up, I wear a lot more dresses and skirts to work (hello breathing room lol). If you’re like me, I am usually transitioning from business attire to casual to dressy sometimes all in the same day. So today’s post is a shift from my normal here is a cute outfits and dets lol. It’s a “How To” post. How to transition with your outfits to the different places you need to go. This denim dress from Anthropologie is perfect for that.
Denim is classic but lately I have been seeing more dresses and shirts that are denim. It’s a hit for sure because you can do so much with denim. You can keep the look casual with just wearing the dress alone with casual shoes like my pale yellow Converse, which are perfect for spring. If you are running errands, like I did after the photoshoot, and you run into cold stores, pairing the outfit with a white denim jacket is a perfect solution. It keeps the look casual but also more appropriate for any indoor casual activities. Dressing up this outfit for church or dinner creates a 3rd look. I paired it with one of the Pantone’s color for spring, which is rose pink, with a blazer, leather crossbody purse and some stellar heels. This denim dress is a perfect addition to your wardrobe. You can pair it with any color, any jacket, or shoes to dress it up or dress it down. Stay tuned for more “How To” posts and new things coming to Finite1 by subscribing below.
